Job summary

Radiant seeks a Lead Infrastructure Product Engineer to shape and build core capabilities for its cloud platform. You will operate at the nexus of product, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure, influencing compute, storage, networking, and developer tooling.

You’ll partner with product, SRE, security, and customers to deliver scalable, reliable platform solutions. You will lead architecture discussions, prototype new capabilities, and drive production rollout while balancing speed,

Qualifications

• Experience across cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong backend and API development experience.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, observability tooling, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of platform infrastructure capabilities, APIs, workflows, and developer tooling.
• Translate customer and business needs into technical product solutions.
• Build and prototype capabilities across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, identity, and platform services.
• Define patterns for APIs, automation, provisioning, lifecycle management, and service integration.
• Improve self-service, reliability, observability, and developer experience across the platform.
• Work with customers and internal teams to understand infrastructure pain points and validate solutions.
• Support product discovery through prototypes, spikes, benchmarks, and PoCs.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture and implementation, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and complexity.
• Take concepts from prototype through to production-quality services.
