Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Infrastructure to own the roadmap and delivery of Radiant’s core platform infrastructure. You will collaborate with platform engineering, software engineering, networking, SRE, security, and infrastructure teams across Kubernetes, networking, storage, and shared services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical product, platform product, infrastructure, or technical programme management role.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, Argo CD/Flux, Cilium/Calico, Prometheus, Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and delivery for Radiant’s core platform infrastructure.
• Work with engineering teams to understand requirements across Kubernetes, networking, storage, compute, and shared infrastructure services.
• Translate technical needs into clear initiatives, stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.
• Manage work across new platform capabilities, upgrades, configuration changes, reliability improvements, technical debt, and security requirements.
• Coordinate infrastructure lifecycle work including Kubernetes upgrades, network and SDN changes, storage platforms, load balancing, DNS, ingress, and shared platform services.
• Identify cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and infrastructure constraints that could impact product development.
• Ensure infrastructure changes are planned with appropriate consideration for testing, migration, compatibility, rollback, resilience, and operational impact.
• Partner with engineering to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable.
