Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal Engineer (Physical Security) to lead the development of our security capability within the Systems Engineering & Assurance discipline. You will define secure‑by‑design processes, advise clients on security strategy, and manage physical security across a portfolio of major transport projects in the UK.

The role requires strong security consulting experience in the built environment, ideally in rail or mass transit, with formal professional accreditation

Qualifications

• Experience delivering physical security solutions in transport projects.
• Ability to develop security governance and risk approaches.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and assurance processes.
