Job summary

Stantec Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across a growing Clean Water portfolio.

You will lead major treatment and water infrastructure programmes, influence process strategy and design decisions, and mentor engineers to build regional capability. The role covers the full project lifecycle from optioneering through to design and implementation, with regular client interaction and collaboration with multiple engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional institution is preferred.
• Significant UK Clean Water process engineering experience is essential.
• Extensive experience across water treatment processes, design, optimisation or strategic water infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Clean Water programmes from optioneering to design delivery.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineers and technical teams.
• Interact with clients, contractors and project managers to build relationships and support business objectives.
