Job summary
Stantec in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across Clean Water programmes, shaping solutions that improve resilience, efficiency and sustainability. You’ll deliver process engineering from feasibility to design, coordinate with other disciplines, engage with clients and project managers, and mentor engineers.
This role supports growth of Stantec’s Clean Water capability across Birmingham, Redditch, Derby, Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter and
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional institution.
- Significant experience in Clean Water process engineering within the UK water sector.
- Strong design, optimisation and technical leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering delivery across Clean Water projects from feasibility to implementation.
- Develop process solutions, calculations and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines.
- Mentor and develop engineers and maintain client relationships.
