Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer – Clean Water to lead strategic process design and technical leadership across major UK water projects in London and other locations. You will guide feasibility through delivery, mentor teams, and shape asset performance while expanding our clean water capabilities.

This role offers hybrid working, strong client engagement, and opportunities to drive low-carbon solutions and innovation in drinking water infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional registration.
• Extensive experience delivering process engineering within the water sector.
• In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes and engineering assurance.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.
• Experience guiding feasibility through to delivery and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to develop technical teams.
• Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management at senior level.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and assurance of clean water treatment process designs.
• Provide technical authority on treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
• Guide development and optimisation of water treatment works and resilience schemes.
• Oversee technical assessments on drinking water quality and performance.
• Provide senior technical oversight across multidisciplinary projects.
• Support feasibility studies, optioneering, design reviews and commissioning.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on investment and asset performance.
• Lead and mentor engineers and contribute to standards and succession planning.
• Contribute to bids, framework delivery and growth of clean water portfolio.
• Champion innovation and low-carbon solutions across clean water engineering.
