HSBC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Prime Finance client service professional who acts as the principal post-execution contact for hedge fund clients across Prime Finance and Global Markets products.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Legal, IT, Operations and Trading to deliver timely, accurate responses, resolve complex queries, and strengthen relationships that support retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large financial institution with a focus on prime finance client servicing.
• Proven ability to handle post-execution client queries across products.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements.

Responsabilités

• Act as the principal point of contact for hedge fund clients for post-execution queries across Prime Finance and Global Markets products.
• Escalation point for resolution of client queries across areas including corporate actions, margin, stock loan, trade settlement, and cash.
• Gather and understand client requirements to drive internal prioritisation and delivery of product offering enhancements.
• Coordinate internal partners to deliver timely outcomes and build strong client relationships.
