• Perform root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
• Establish relationships with hedge fund clients through regular dialogue.
• Manage end-to-end transaction management lifecycle for client coverage.
• Deliver system enhancements by partnering with technology/strategy teams.
• Work with global teams, following follow-the-sun handoffs.
• Identify internal and external technology improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of client service focus.
• Understand the control agenda to escalate risks timely.
• Provide operations SME support to clients as required.
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet deadlines.
