• Significant experience in Prime Brokerage or Prime Services onboarding.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver strategic onboarding solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior onboarding partner for Prime Brokerage clients across onboarding lifecycle.
• Drive alignment amongLegal, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams.
• Manage priorities, dependencies and timelines; ensure milestones and commitments are met.
• Influence onboarding decisions through risk assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Coverage to support revenue growth and client retention.
• Lead initiatives on operating model improvements, process optimization, and automation.
