Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to shape pricing across our SaaS platform in a remote-first, growth-focused culture. You will influence profitability and market competitiveness by analyzing customer behavior and financial data.

Collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and finance, you’ll update pricing in the G-P platform and Salesforce, coordinate country-specific fee changes, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, preferably SaaS
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with pricing and billing workflows in CRM/ERP systems
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory and country-specific pricing considerations

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing updates within the G-P platform and Salesforce
• Coordinate end-to-end country-specific fee changes (employer burden, tax, visa costs)
• Serve as central contact for billing and pricing workflow
• Partner with EMEA teams on new deals and growth targets
• Produce monthly reports on customer and financial metrics
• Support FP&A in monthly BoD packs and budgets
