Job summary

G-P, a remote-first, global employment platform, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive profitability and market competitiveness. You will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and finance to implement pricing models aligned with business objectives across products and services.

You will manage country-specific fee changes, develop pricing analytics, and support Deal Desk and FP&A activities. This role offers visibility, impact, and growth within a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across corporate finance and accounting, ideally in SaaS with multiple products and regions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and pricing workflows.
• An accounting qualification – fully or partly qualified and working towards full qualification.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing updates within the G-P platform and Salesforce.
• Coordinate country-specific fee changes: employer burden, indirect tax, admin fees, visa costs.
• Serve as central pricing and billing contact; support Deal Desk for new deals.
• Produce monthly reports on customer and financial data metrics; support FP&A.
• Assist with automation of Deal Desk and constant pricing process improvements.
