G-P is a remote-first, fast-growing provider of a Global Employment Platform. We are seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst who will develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies to improve profitability and market competitiveness across multiple products and regions.

The role requires deep financial analysis, customer behavior insights, and collaboration with sales, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel to drive recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and billing/pricing workflows.
• Accounting qualification in progress or completed; working toward full qualification.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing updates in the G-P platform and Salesforce.
• Coordinate country-specific fee changes (employer burden, indirect tax, admin fees, visa costs).
• Serve as central contact for billing and pricing workflow.
• Be the go-to for new deal requests via the Deal Desk in EMEA to align growth with financial targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and finance to implement pricing strategies across products.
