Job summary

G-P, a global SaaS-based employment platform, seeks a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness across products and regions. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure effective pricing and billing workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and experience with Salesforce and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in corporate finance and accounting, SaaS experience preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce and billing/pricing workflows experience.
• Accounting qualification – fully or partly qualified and working towards full qualification.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing updates in the G-P platform and Salesforce.
• Coordinate end-to-end country-specific fee changes – employer burden, indirect tax, admin fees, visa costs.
• Serve as central contact for billing and pricing workflow.
• Be the go-to person in EMEA for new deal requests via the Deal Desk.
• Work with regional teams on new deals in other regions.
• Maintain and build new deal calculators; build new analyses as required.
• Assist with automation of Deal Desk for new deals and renegotiations.
• Produce monthly reports on customer and professional data metrics.
• Collaborate with FP&A on monthly BoD packs.
