Job summary

Pure Storage in the UK is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to partner with government entities and Enterprise clients to design, architect, and deploy secure data foundations that support rapid regional growth.

You will translate business needs into innovative storage solutions, deliver compelling architecture presentations, and lead RFP/RFI responses, while collaborating with account teams to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise storage or related tech.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing.
• Experience converting prospects into clients and leading RFP responses.
• Expert knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• BS in CS, EE or equivalent; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy secure data foundations for government and enterprise clients.
• Translate business needs into innovative storage solutions.
• Deliver compelling architecture presentations for customers and partners.
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate with account managers and channel partners to drive revenue.
