Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on designing, architecting, and deploying secure data foundations for government and enterprise clients to support growth in the region.

You will lead technical responsibilities, refine sales strategy, deliver architecture presentations, and collaborate with sales teams to win technical engagements.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise tech, design or communications.
• BS in CS, EE or other technical degree required or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based solutions.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture and cloud-native concepts (on-prem, public cloud).

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making.
• Link technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with account managers and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
• Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks and configurations.
• Create architectural presentations and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Capture customer requirements and translate into innovative solutions.
