Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and design tailored IT solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and answer client questions to build buy-in.

• Prepare technical documentation, specs and pricing for proposals.
• Educate clients on technical aspects and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct PoCs or pilots to prove value in real environments.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on technical topics.
• Perform competitive analysis and advise on product positioning.
• Collaborate with sales to uncover opportunities and align with customer needs.
• Lead meetings to gather insights on IT infrastructure and goals.
• Qualify opportunities and develop customized technical solutions.
• Support presentations and demonstrations with technical depth.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Offer hands-on technical assistance during PoCs and evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tech and competitors.
