Responsibilities

• Lead bid and preconstruction activities across a varied portfolio of regional build projects.
• Develop winning strategies and manage tender submissions.
• Oversee cost planning, risk management and value engineering.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate internal teams including estimating, design, planning and commercial functions; ensure handover to delivery.
