Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead feasibility, design development and ECI activities for major UK power transmission and distribution projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and ensure safe, efficient pre-construction delivery ahead of construction mobilisation.

• Act as the primary client interface during the pre-construction phase.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop technical, commercial and delivery solutions.
• Drive projects through governance and gated lifecycle processes.
• Support the development of strategies that transition projects into construction.
