Cotech Building Careers is seeking a high-calibre Senior Pre-construction lead to drive regional bid strategies across major projects in London. You will partner with senior leadership to align pre-construction activities with the business plan and governance, ensuring sales targets are met.

You will lead a team of bid managers, estimators and proposals professionals, while actively networking with clients and stakeholders to secure future opportunities and improve conversion of second stage

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating in a Major contractor in a similar role.
• Track record of work winning in the competitive London market.
• Must live within daily commute of Central London.

An exciting opportunity to join on of the UK's premier Construction services businesses. Our client is a major contractor in high spec Commercial, residential and civic / MOD / MOJ building projects.

Working through out London, the company have a healthy workload and numerous framework relationships with blue chip clients and is growing considerably over the coming years.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership you will be accountable for ensuring all pre-construction activities across the Regional Business unit align with the business plan and functional priorities set by Group Head of Preconstruction, as well as ensure compliance with governance to enable the business unit to achieve sales targets.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

• Set bid strategies for all bids with local team and implementation for winning
• Ensure regional pipeline & bid strategies are robust and will achieve sales targets
• Lead, manage and develop team of bid managers, estimators, cost planners and proposals teams
• Support business development activity to ensure future pipeline and actively participate in external networking whilst building effective relationships with customers
• Promote continuous improvement in performance in approach to business development, bidding and conversion of second stage deals.

We are looking for you to have experience of effectively leading large pre-construction teams on projects over £50m and already have an extensive external network.
