About The Role

At Balfour Beatty Regional Build in London, we are delivering high‑quality, sustainable buildings across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities for a diverse portfolio of regional build projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading bid and preconstruction activities across a varied portfolio of regional build projects
• Developing winning strategies and managing tender submissions
• Overseeing cost planning, risk management, and value engineering
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
• Coordinating internal teams including estimating, design, planning, and commercial functions
• Ensuring seamless handover from preconstruction to delivery teams

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a preconstruction or bid leadership role within main contracting
• Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding of building projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead and influence
• A track record of securing profitable work within the London or South East market
