Job summary

Cranstoun Worcestershire is seeking a competent Senior Practitioner for our Psychosocial and Recovery Team. You will supervise a team of Key Workers who run our group programmes across the County.

You will contribute to the development, design and coordination of workshops and group programmes, ensuring content is evidence-based, person-centred and aligned with organisational objectives and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience working with people who use substances and/or carers.
• Experience supervising health care professionals.
• Knowledge of national guidance relating to clinical standards and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Key Workers running group programmes across the County.
• Coordinate volunteer and peer mentor activities.
• Support development, design and coordination of workshops and group programmes.
• Ensure content is evidence-based, person-centred and aligned with contractual requirements.
