Job summary

Cranstoun Worcestershire is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead the Psychosocial and Recovery Team and supervise a team of Key Workers delivering group programmes across Worcestershire. The role includes coordinating the Volunteer and Peer Mentor Co-ordinator and supporting workshop development.

You will bring demonstrable experience with people who use substances or carers, plus supervising health care professionals, with strong knowledge of clinical standards and reflective supervision

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience working with people who use substances or carers, or other vulnerable groups.
• Experience supervising health care professionals.
• Knowledge of national guidance relating to clinical standards.
• Familiarity with reflective practice and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Key Workers who run group programmes.
• Coordinate workshops and group programmes across the County.
• Ensure content is evidence-based, person-centred and aligned with contractual requirements.
