A leading healthcare provider in Sheffield is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Urgent and Crisis service. This role involves providing clinical leadership and managerial support in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure high-quality care and support team development. Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health crisis management and a passion for making a difference in the community. This position supports 24/7 services, highlighting the importance of teamwork and dedication.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner to join the Urgent and Crisis service. The U&C offer a city wide 7 day - 24 hours a day service - including Bank Holidays.
The post holder shall work closely with the leadership team to provide leadership, clinical expertise and supervisory support. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and in discussion with the manager the postholder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the Banding of the post. The job description will be reviewed regularly in the light of changing service requirements and any such changes will be discussed with the post holder.
Provide a clinical/practice overview and input into the team. The post holder will provide a senior clinical and day to day managerial leadership role within the service. The post holder will be an integral part of the leadership/ management structure, developing practice, practitioners & team functioning.
