Job summary

The Greater London Authority is seeking two Senior Performance Analysts to support oversight of the Metropolitan Police Service through high‑quality performance analysis and reporting. You will work with large datasets to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders.

In this role you will develop and maintain regular performance reporting products and interactive dashboards to ensure timely, accurate information for stakeholders and London residents alike.

Qualifications

• Experience with large/complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX/Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns, trends and emerging issues using statistical and analytic techniques.
• Translate analytical findings into clear evidence for senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Produce insightful reports, briefings and presentations to inform discussions on policing performance.
• Lead development of regular performance reporting products and interactive dashboards.
