Job summary

MOPAC’s Evidence & Insight team in London seeks two Senior Performance Analysts to support oversight of the Metropolitan Police Service through high-quality performance analysis and reporting. You will work with large datasets to identify patterns, translate findings into clear evidence for senior leaders, and produce insightful reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quantitative analysis with large/complex datasets.
• Ability to identify key insights and communicate to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Power BI, dashboard design, data modelling, DAX and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns and trends in large datasets using statistical techniques.
• Translate findings into clear evidence for senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Produce reports, briefings and presentations to inform policing performance discussions.
• Lead development of regular performance reporting and interactive dashboards for stakeholders and Londoners.
