Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing consumer subscription business to hire a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end subscriber experience on a Shopify-powered ecommerce platform. This fully remote role focuses on growth, retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value across the subscription lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years of product management experience in subscriptions or recurring revenue.
• Strong experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Proven track record in growing subscriber metrics and lifetime value.
• Deep understanding of conversion optimisation and customer journey management.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Owning the subscription product roadmap, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives.
• Driving improvements across acquisition, onboarding, retention, churn reduction, and renewal journeys.
• Leading product discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, delivery, and optimisation.
• Developing and executing A/B testing strategies to improve key subscription metrics.
• Using customer insights and behavioural data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partnering with Marketing and Retention teams to improve subscriber engagement and lifetime value.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Defining performance metrics and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with key internal and external partners.
