Futureheads is seeking a Senior Retention Product Manager to lead the retention mission across the UK and Europe, with a remote-friendly setup. You will own churn reduction and maximize repeat engagement using data and creative thinking.

You\'ll develop retention strategy, run experiments, analyze causes, and work with engineering in a scrum team, delivering clear roadmaps and requirements.

This role offers a salary of £80,000-£95,000 and a fast-growing subscription business with global reach.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in retention or churn optimization within subscription products.
• Proven ability to measure retention improvements with metrics.
• Experience designing and delivering A/B and multivariate tests.
• Expertise with GA, Mixpanel, Optimizely; translate insights into action.
• Strong communication; capable of working remotely and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention strategy and drive churn reduction and lifetime value.
• Design initiatives from interviews, analytics, and experiments.
• Oversee processes to spot churn risks before cancellations.
• Analyze churn causes and refine offboarding processes.
• Document roadmaps and requirements for churn/retention features.
• Act as product owner in scrum; prioritise with engineering.
• Communicate successes and learnings to leadership.
• Foster proactive, continuous improvement in retention.
