Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate/Associate Director in Project Management to lead and deliver major infrastructure projects across UK sectors. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, foster client relationships, and drive sustainable, high‑quality project outcomes.

You will guide strategy, ensure governance, and coordinate with Design, Commercial, Risk and PMO functions to achieve timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and substantial experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Deep understanding of NEC3/4 ECC contract management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across project management, design and commercial management.
• Drive business growth and build strong client relationships with a focus on net zero and sustainability.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage scope, cost, schedule and risk.
