Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate / Associate Director Project Management specialist to join the PMCM team in the UK. You will lead and develop high-performing teams across major infrastructure projects, steer client relationships, and contribute to delivering sustainable, net-zero oriented outcomes.

You will collaborate with design, risk, PMO, and cost management leaders, driving project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement while expanding WSP’s project management offerings.

Qualifications

• PMP/APM/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications are expected.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Commercial acumen including cost management and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams across PMCM sectors.
• Manage client relationships and drive business growth with a focus on net zero and sustainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across PM, design, risk, PMO and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
