Job summary

Computappoint is seeking a Senior Service Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise platform services across cloud, identity and integration platforms. You will lead service management in a multi-supplier environment, focusing on resilience, security and operational effectiveness.

The role combines strategic service ownership with hands-on leadership of major incidents, risk management and supplier governance, working with senior stakeholders and architects to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in IT service management leadership.
Proven track record overseeing enterprise-scale cloud-hosted services.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Own and govern a portfolio of enterprise platform services.
Lead service management activities across cloud, infrastructure, identity and integration platforms.
Drive service performance against SLAs, KPIs and objectives.
Lead major incident management and coordinate recovery across teams and suppliers.
Chair problem management and post-incident reviews.
Oversee operational risk, resilience, BC/DR activities and supplier governance.
Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and governance forums.
Drive service maturity and continuous improvement.
