Job summary

Computappoint is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Business Applications Manager to lead a small team responsible for a portfolio of enterprise platforms, integrations and application development activities.

You’ll combine people leadership, application ownership and stakeholder management with oversight of a development-focused team delivering enhancements, integrations and business-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business applications and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps for CRM, HR and Finance systems.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder and team leadership skills.
• Background in delivering enhancements and integrations in enterprise landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for business applications and integrations.
• Oversee ongoing roadmap for CRM, HR and Finance systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise delivery.
• Direct application development, enhancements and releases.
• Drive system improvements and technology adoption.
• Manage third-party vendors and support partners.
• Ensure stability, performance and security of the application estate.
