Job summary

Everpure in London, United Kingdom seeks a Principal Technical Delivery Readiness Manager, Advanced Services (Professional Services) to design scalable service frameworks and operationalise product capabilities for global deployment.

You will drive automation, Six Sigma improvements, and collaborate with Product Engineering and Delivery teams to translate capabilities into repeatable services that accelerate customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in product engineering, infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Ability to design scalable, repeatable service models.
• Experience building automation and standardised operational processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise products (storage, cloud, virtualization, networking).
• Strong documentation and asset management skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define a robust Delivery Readiness Framework for successful deployment.
• Establish service standards, SLAs and operational best practices.
• Ensure alignment of product services with releases and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
