Job summary

Luxoft in the United Kingdom is seeking a Platform Integration Planning Lead to provide integrated planning leadership across the Platform Integration department, aligning integration, testing and release activities. You will establish a unified planning framework to improve delivery predictability and resource transparency.

You will coordinate planning across programmes, manage dependencies and risks, and support governance with structured, auditable processes in a complex engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery planning within complex engineering or integration environments.
• Ability to translate inputs into structured, actionable plans.
• Strong capability in resource planning, capacity modelling, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and reporting for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated planning framework across integration, testing, and release.
• Develop and manage programme schedules across workstreams.
• Produce resource models to support data-driven planning.
• Coordinate operations sync meetings and follow-up actions.
• Prepare management-ready status reports on risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and governance.
