Standard Life plc is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join the Digital Engineering team in a hybrid role based in multiple UK locations. You will lead hands-on DevOps work, improve the Customer Digital Platform, and collaborate with internal squads, partners and third parties to strengthen Azure API platform integration, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a DevOps Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or hands-on technical lead.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with evidence of delivering improvements without heavy direction.
• Strong practical Azure experience, including Azure DevOps, API platform capabilities.

• Deliver immediate DevOps improvements across the Customer Digital Platform.
