Job summary

Forvis Mazars, a leading global professional services network, seeks an Engineering Team Lead in the UK. You will lead and develop technical product ownership, application development and platform delivery, coordinating with Architecture, Security, Data and offshore partners to shape scalable solutions.

You will drive governance, testing and release readiness while raising engineering standards and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technical product, development or engineering teams within a complex technology environment.
Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
Strong experience delivering application development, integration and platform solutions.
Experience implementing effective governance, engineering standards and delivery processes.
A track record of developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing Technical Product Owners and offshore engineering teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Establishing clear ownership models for products and platforms, ensuring effective backlog management, prioritisation and roadmap alignment.
Driving engineering delivery across application development, integrations, automation and Power Platform solutions.
Ensuring work is delivered through robust governance, planning, testing, release management and operational readiness processes.
Providing leadership for enterprise integrations, APIs, workflows and data exchange solutions.
