Job summary

Centerprise International leads a dynamic software engineering function, shaping standards, governance and strategic technical decisions alongside the CTO. You will balance hands-on work with architectural leadership, guiding internally developed platforms, integrations and automation towards production readiness.

The role combines leadership with hands-on contribution and evolves toward governance, architecture assurance and growth of a full software engineering capability, in a hybrid UK-based

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience delivering platforms end-to-end from design to production.
• Strong understanding of performance, security, and maintainability.
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain software engineering standards and governance across Centerprise.
• Act as the technical authority for internally developed applications, integrations, automation solutions and service platforms.
• Provide design reviews and production readiness assessments for internally developed solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
• Mentor engineers and grow the organization’s software engineering capability.
