The role requires embedding delivery targets, managing risks, and reporting KPIs to stakeholders, with interaction across feature owners and cross-domain teams.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle and related processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence delivery teams.
• Ability to interpret technical data alongside business needs and risks.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely delivery of vehicle features and remove integration risks and blockers.
• Align engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues.
• Collaborate with programme planners and Core VE teams to align plans.
• Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and glide paths.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting.
