Job summary
Marks & Spencer is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Integration Platform initiatives connecting systems, products, suppliers and partners across the organisation. You will drive planning, coordination and delivery from discovery through implementation and adoption, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Product and Business teams to shape the evolution of integration capabilities.

- Strong governance, planning and dependency management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Integration Platform programmes and initiatives, aligning outcomes, timelines and quality.
- Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmaps, managing risks and dependencies.
- Provide data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, risks and investment tracking.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to enable delivery.
- Develop and support Technical Programme Managers, promoting delivery excellence.
