United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own deployment architecture and Kubernetes platform modernization. You’ll drive CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies across on-premise workloads, shaping how engineering ships value to production.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, collaboration with TechOps, and a path to improve platform stability while delivering scalable, secure, and observable systems in a fast-growing digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for a people-first culture.
• Solid hands-on experience with Ansible, CI/CD, and security-minded deployment practices.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux).
• Scripting ability in Bash and Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager or equivalent).
• Ability to plan pragmatically within existing constraints and drive iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• BAU & Platform Stability: maintain deployment automation, monitor cluster health, and support incident response.
• Kubernetes: design platform, establish self-service workflows, guardrails, and standards.
• Migrations & Pipelines: containerise and migrate workloads to Kubernetes; build CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability & Runbooks: implement metrics/logging/alerts and create self-service docs for onboarding.
• Documentation: produce deployment runbooks, templates, and best practices for engineering teams.
