Job summary

Burberry seeks a Senior Manager, Platform Automation to lead strategy, design, deployment and scaling of intelligent automation, AI and AIOps across Burberry's Enterprise Platforms. You will partner with Operations and external providers to move from reactive support to proactive, predictive, and self-healing operations.

Prioritize automation opportunities using data from incidents and performance metrics.
