Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Manager within the Enterprise Platforms and Operations team to oversee day-to-day management, coordination, and operational support of Burberry's Core Platforms. You will ensure service processes run smoothly and the platforms operate efficiently under the direction of the Senior Manager, Enterprise Platform and Operations.

You will lead operational delivery, manage key managed service partners, and drive continual process improvements to meet Burberry's needs across supply

Qualifications

• Experience in IT management or service management within SAP environments or enterprise apps teams.
• Familiarity with large-scale SAP landscapes (ECC, BW, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ITIL incident, change, release and service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations within Enterprise Platform and Operations to deliver consistent high-quality service.
• Liaise across Burberry IT to orchestrate demand, escalations and prioritisation of services.
• Manage third-party partners to control capacity vs. demand and operational elements.
• Identify and drive continual improvement of processes and procedures in Operations.
• Govern and ensure adherence to partner processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with domain experts to support end-to-end service delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Drive service transition for new or amended services with solid knowledge management.
