Job summary

Burberry in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Automation to lead the strategy, design, deployment and scaling of intelligent automation, AI and AIOps across Burberry's Enterprise Platforms, with a strong focus on the SAP platform.

You will work closely with Burberry's Operations teams and partners to deliver measurable improvements in resilience, faster incident resolution, and self-healing capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading or delivering automation, AI and/or AIOps capabilities within complex enterprise platform environments.
• Proven experience using AIOps and intelligent automation to resolve incidents and improve platform resilience.
• Strong understanding of observability, telemetry and how to trigger automated actions.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Automation, AI & AIOps Strategy: Own and drive the platform automation roadmap, identifying and scaling use cases to improve resilience and efficiency.
• AIOps & Operational Resilience: Apply observability, anomaly detection and AI-assisted diagnostics to pre-empt issues and reduce impact.
• Automated Incident & Problem Resolution: Use automation and AI to improve detection, triage and remediation with self-healing capabilities.
• SAP & Enterprise Platform Operations: Partner with Operations to address recurring SAP issues and translate pain points into automated solutions.
• Use Case Discovery & Value Realisation: Analyze data to identify high-value automation opportunities and back them with measurable benefits.
• Automation Engineering & Integration: Drive orchestration, scripting, APIs, workflow automation and RPA for scalable solutions.
• Partner & Centre of Excellence Leadership: Work with MSPs and technology partners to deliver outcomes and ensure accountability.
• Governance, Security & Service Excellence: Ensure solutions meet architecture, security and change controls.
