Qualifications

• Experience in IT management, service management or operational support.
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes (e.g., ECC, AFS, BW) in large-scale organisations.
• Understanding of how SAP supports core business processes across supply chain, finance, retail or merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Leading Operations within the Enterprise Platform and Operations towards a consistent high quality service.
• Liaising across IT to orchestrate demand, escalations and prioritisation of services.
• Working with and managing third party partners to maintain control of capacity vs demand and operational elements.
