Job summary

WPS are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance across occupied social housing stock in the Northampton area. You will manage multiple live workstreams, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering planned maintenance within social housing.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering multiple workstreams in occupied properties.
Excellent organisation, planning and programme management abilities.
Commercial awareness with budget and performance target focus.
SMSTS qualification is essential.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of planned maintenance programmes across occupied social housing properties.
Manage multiple workstreams, site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
Monitor progress, budgets and contract performance to meet client expectations.
Produce progress reports, forecasts and performance updates for stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain targets and quality.
Promote safety, quality and customer satisfaction across projects.
