Job summary

Wates Property Services is seeking a Project Manager to assume overall responsibility for delivering a social housing planned maintenance programme from mobilisation through to completion. You will manage maintenance and refurbishment workstreams, lead site management teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance, health and safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires SMSTS, a full UK driving licence, strong leadership, stakeholder management, budget control and clear communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience within social housing planned maintenance.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams within occupied residential environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• SMSTS qualification (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

• Producing and presenting progress reports to senior management and clients.
