Wates Property Services are seeking two Site Managers to lead planned maintenance in occupied social housing, overseeing live projects, managing subcontractors and site teams, while ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery and maintaining open communication with residents.

This long-term contract offers autonomy within an established leadership team, ongoing training and clear progression opportunities in a growing business. SMSTS and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within social housing.
• Strong understanding of working within occupied properties.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and to a high quality standard.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing subcontractors, operatives and site-based teams.
• Co-ordinating daily site activities and programme delivery.
• Monitoring health & safety, quality and productivity across the project.
• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Building strong working relationships with residents, client representatives and internal teams.
• Managing materials, logistics and site resources.
• Producing progress reports and programme updates.
• Driving high standards of customer service and project delivery.
• Identifying and resolving site challenges to maintain programme performance.
