Senior Physiotherapist - Outpatient Musculoskeletal Ashtead Hospital Salary depending on experienceAshtead Hospital is part of the Ramsay Health Care Group, a highly respected private hospital known for providing exceptional service to patients.
The role
We seek a highly motivated physiotherapist with proven skills in managing complex musculoskeletal disorders, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
You should have at least 3 years of qualified physiotherapy practice, with experience in outpatient and orthopaedic settings. The caseload primarily consists of private outpatients, with occasional ward patient treatments, including weekends.

As part of the Physiotherapy Team, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and personalized patient care, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. You will embody the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People ethos.
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy in a hospital setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and development of physiotherapy programs, adjusting treatments based on clinical judgment.
Provide patient education and advice throughout the patient journey, face-to-face and via telephone.
Manage your outpatient caseload effectively, including scheduling, documentation, and utilizing computer systems for appointments and session charges.
Follow health and safety procedures for patients, staff, and the environment at all times.
Implement infection control procedures diligently.
Commit to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), mandatory training, evidence-based practice, and personal growth.
Maintain a good standard of IT literacy and be willing to learn new technologies.
Participate actively in department operations and service development.
Work effectively both independently and within the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Experience
BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy
HCPC and CSP registration
Experience in physiotherapy practice and/or team leadership
Evidence of ongoing CPD
Highly organized, confident, and effective in team and independent work.
Understanding of CSP and HCPC standards and their application.
