  • Full registration with GMC
  • MRCPCH / FRCA (Primary) or equivalent
  • BLS training
  • APLS/ PALS/ EPLS/ NLS
Desirable criteria
  • Teaching Qualifications
Experience

Essential criteria
  • Ability to assess patients with a comprehensive history and physical examination
  • Ability to make management plans
  • Ability to triage between different priorities
  • Experience looking after inpatient neonates and children
Desirable criteria
  • Prior SpR experience in a tertiary hospital
  • Prior PICU experience
  • Experience of assessment of and infants and children in A+E
