Job summary

Aviva’s DLG Legal Services team in Leeds and Bristol is seeking a Personal Injury Multi-Track Litigator to manage complex and high‑value claims, advise clients, negotiate outcomes and represent them through litigation.

The role is open to Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with strong PI knowledge, CPR and Pre‑Action Protocol experience. Permanent, salary circa £55,000, with Aviva benefits and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant PI claims in a busy legal environment.
• Strong PI law knowledge including Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Experience managing Employer Liability, Occupier Liability, Public Liability or Road Traffic Accident claims; fatal accidents desirable.
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high‑value PI claims and provide clear advice to clients.
• Negotiate outcomes and represent clients through the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Contribute to the continued success of DLG Legal Services within Aviva group.
