Job summary

Aviva is seeking an RTA/EL/PL Intermediate Track Litigator to manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims across Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters. The role involves investigation, settlement or litigation, with collaboration among customers, legal representatives and colleagues to deliver fair outcomes.

The position sits in the Litigation team, offering exposure to case management systems and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury claims within a legal or insurance environment.
• Knowledge of Intermediate Track claims, Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Strong investigation, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing a varied caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence using case management systems and communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims from investigation through to settlement or litigation where needed.
• Work closely with customers, legal representatives and colleagues to provide clear advice and negotiate the best outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining quality, compliance and service standards.
